Dungse Thinley Norbu Rinpoche's Yangse Jigme Pema Worsel


Dungse Gyana Ta ( Jigme Pema Woesel) Rinpoche was born on Jan. 7, 2012 to H.H. Dungse Garab Rinpoche and Khandro Rinchen Paldon.
Dungse GyanaTa Rinpoche’s elder sister is Semo Shunia Ta.


Dungse Gyana Ta Rinpoche was recognized by H.H. Dodrupchhen Rinpoche as the reincarnation of Dungse Thinley Norbu Rinpoche.



The enthronement ceremony was taken place at the Kudung chhoeten of Dungse Thinley Norbu Rinpoche in Dagophu, Paro, Bhutan.



H.H. Muksang Kuchhen Rinpoche, H.H. Kathok Situ Rinpoche, H.H. Chhoeling Rinpoche and Dan-mo Rinpoche, Venerable representative of Dodrupchhen Rinpoche, Venerable representative of Mindrolling Monastery were present during enthronement ceremony.

Kyabje Dungse Thinley Norbu Rinpoche (1931–2011) was an important teacher in the Nyingma lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. He was the eldest son of Dudjom Rinpoche and the father of Dzongsar Jamyang Khyentse Rinpoche and Dungse Garab Rinpoche.

Rinpoche was held to be the incarnation of Tulku Drime Oser, one of the sons of Dudjom Lingpa. 

He was also considered to be an emanation of Longchen Rabjam, the 14th century Nyingma scholar who composed the Seven Treasuries. He died in California on 26 December 2011.
