༼སྐྱབས་རྗེ་ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུའི་གསུང་རྩོམ་བྱིན་ཅན།༽

༆ དགོན་བཟང་ཁྲ་མོའི་ནང་དུ། །བླ་མ་བརྒྱ་དང་རྩ་བརྒྱད། །
There are hundred and eight spiritual masters in an elegant monastery.
མཁྱེན་བརྩེ་ནུས་གསུམ་ལྡན་ན། །མཚན་ལྡན་བླ་མར་ཞུ་ཆོག །
If they posses Wisdom, Love and Power to benefit others, they are qualified masters.
རྫོང་ཆེན་ཁྲ་མོའི་ནང་དུ། །དབང་ཆེན་བརྒྱ་དང་རྩ་བརྒྱད། །
There are hundred and eight rulers in a graceful Dzong.
མི་སེར་བདེ་བར་སྐྱོང་ན། །དཔོན་བཟང་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ། །
If they can reign the subjects to peace and happiness, they are religious leaders.
གཟིམ་ཅུང་ཁྲ་མོའི་ནང་དུ། །ཡབ་ཡུམ་བརྒྱ་དང་རྩ་བརྒྱད། །
There are hundred and eight parents in a charming home.
བུ་ཚར་བསླབ་སྟོན་མཁས་ན། །བྱམས་ལྡན་ཕ་མའི་ཡང་རྩེ། །
If they can counsel and train the children skilfully, that is the highest form of kindness and care.
དྲིན་ཅན་ཨ་མའི་པང་དུ། །གཅེས་ཕྲུག་བརྒྱ་དང་རྩ་བརྒྱད། །
There are hundred and eight children on the lap of a mother.
ཕ་མར་དྲིན་ལན་མཇལ་ན། །བུ་བཟང་བསོད་ནམས་ཡར་འཕེལ། །
If they can repay her kindness, that is the way to enrich ones good fortune.
གཡུས་བཟང་ཁྲ་མོའི་ཕྱོགས་ལ། །ཕོ་མོ་བརྒྱ་དང་རྩ་བརྒྱད། །
There are hundred and eight couples in a beautiful village.
གཉེན་གྲོགས་དམ་ཚིག་ཐུབ་ན། །གཞུང་བཟང་མི་ཡི་དཔའ་བོ། །
If they can remain faithful to each other, that is the nobility of heroes in mankind.
མགྲིན་བཟང་སྐད་སྙན་ནང་དུ། །གླུ་དབྱངས་བརྒྱ་དང་རྩ་བརྒྱད། །
There are hundred and eight songs in a melodious voice.
ཚིག་དོན་ཕུན་ཚོགས་བྱུང་ན། ། ལྷ་མི་དགྱེས་པའི་མཆོད་དབྱངས། །
If lyrics can pass rich messages, thats the offering of melody to mortals and immortals.
རང་སེམས་འཁྲུལ་པའི་ནང་དུ། །བསམ་བློ་བརྒྱ་དང་རྩ་བརྒྱད། །
There are hundred and eight emotions in the deluded mind.
གཞན་ཕན་སེམས་བཟང་ཡོད་ན། །མི་ཡི་ནོར་བུ་ཡིན་ནོ། །
If one has intention to benefit others, thats the jewel of mankind.
