Clam your suffering by reciting Prajnaparamita's Mantra.

Tad-Yatha; Gaté, gaté, paragaté, parasamgaté Bodhi Svaha)

The Heart Sutra is the most widely known sutra of the Mahayana tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. It is part of the Prajnaparamita Sutras, which is a collection of about 40 sutras composed between 100 BCE and 500 CE. The Heart Sutra is a presentation of profound wisdom on the nature of emptiness.

All the Buddha of the three times, by means of Prajnaparamita, fully awaken to unsurpassable, true, complete enlightenment. Therefore, the great mantra of Prajnaparamita, the mantra of great insight, the unsurpassed mantra, the unequalled mantra, the mantra that calms all suffering, should be known as truth, since there is no deception.

This Great mantra that calms all suffering was revealed by Noble Avalokiteshvara and authenticated by Lord Buddha at the Vulture Peak in Rajagriha.

Therefore, the Prajnaparamita is the great magic Mantra, the great Mantra of illumination; it is the supreme Mantra, the unequaled Mantra that can truly wipe out all suffering without fail.

Prajnaparamita mantra translation:

(Gone, gone, gone over, and gone fully over. Awakened! So be it!)

It is believed that the recitation of the Mantras clears 84,000 obscurations and actualizes enlightenment.

Recite the precious mantra and rejoice.
