Nowadays, we see lots of initiatives by Rinpoches, lamas and some organizer to either constructing new monasteries/Stupas or renovating old monasteries. Many Wechat groups were formed and organizer seek donation purely on one’s willingness and not by any force. All organizes knows that seeking funds without approval from government authority is illegal. But there are exceptions for devotees who see such opportunity a very rare and wholeheartedly donate. I have also donated to many places through such forum and I see overwhelming response from others as well.
Below is the dedication prayer by great Patrul Rinpoche, which is to be recited whenever you make denotation. This will immensely create auspiciousness and direct the merit to its intended purposes and also accumulate great merits for yourself.
༄༅། །ལྷ་ཁང་ཡོངས་བསྔོ་བཞུགས།
Temple Dedication Prayer

དེ་མཐུས་རྒྱལ་བའི་གོ་འཕང་མངོན་བྱས་ནས། །
dé tü gyalwé gopang ngön jé né
Through the power of this, may we attain buddhahood,
འབད་དང་རྩོལ་བ་མེད་པའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཀྱིས། །
bé dang tsolwa mepé trinlé kyi
And through our enlightened activity, without effort or exertion,
ཁམས་གསུམ་འཁོར་བའི་རྒྱ་མཚོ་སྟོང་གྱུར་ཏེ། །
kham sum khorwé gyatso tong gyur té
Empty the ocean of saṃsāra’s three realms,
ཀུན་ཀྱང་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན་པའི་ས་ཐོབ་ཤོག །
kün kyang dorjé dzinpé sa tob shok
So that all attain the state of the omniscient Vajradhara.
གནས་སྐབས་སུའང་ལེགས་བྱས་མཆོག་འདིའི་མཐུས། །
nekab su ang lek jé chok di tü
Also, here and now, by the power of this supreme undertaking,
རྒྱལ་ཁམས་ཀུན་ཏུ་ནད་མུག་འཁྲུག་རྩོད་མེད། །
gyalkham küntu né muk truktsö mé
May all the world be free from sickness, famine, conflict and unrest,
ཆར་ཆུ་དུས་འབེབས་ལོ་ཕྱུག་རྟག་ཏུ་ལེགས། །
charchu dü beb lo chuk taktu lek
May the rains fall on time, harvests be bountiful and resources thrive,
མངོན་མཐོའི་ཡོན་ཏན་མཆོག་གིས་འབྱོར་གྱུར་ཅིག །
ngön tö yönten chok gi jor gyur chik
And may we be rich with the supreme qualities of the higher realms!
རྟེན་མཆོག་འདི་དག་གང་གིས་མཐོང་བ་དང་། །
ten chok didak gang gi tongwa dang
May anyone who sees these supreme representations of the enlightened ones,
ཐོས་དང་དྲན་དང་ཕྱག་མཆོད་བཀུར་སྟི་བགྱིས། །
tö dang dren dang chakchö kurti gyi
Hears of them, thinks of them, prostrates before them, makes offerings to them or shows them respect,
ཐ་ན་རླུང་ཙམ་གྱིས་རེག་འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན། །
tana lung tsam gyi rek drowa kün
And even those who are merely touched by the same breath of wind,
གནས་སྐབས་མཐར་ཐུག་དོན་གཉིས་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ཤོག །
nekab tartuk dön nyi lhündrub shok
Spontaneously accomplish all their aims, both relative and ultimate!
འདི་བཞེངས་ཚེ་ན་ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་གྱིས། །
di shyeng tsé na lü ngak yi sum gyi
May the seed of liberation be planted within the minds
འབྲེལ་བ་ཐོགས་པའི་རྟ་ཕྱུག་དུད་འགྲོ་ཡན། །
drelwa tokpé ta chuk düdro yen
Of all who were involved in the building of this temple,
ཞོར་ལ་ཤི་བའི་སྲོག་ཆགས་ཕྲ་མོ་ཚུན། །
shyorla shiwé sokchak tramo tsün
With body, speech or mind—including horses and other beasts of burden,
ཀུན་ཀྱང་ཐར་པའི་ས་བོན་ཐེབས་གྱུར་ཅིག །
kün kyang tarpé sabön teb gyur chik
And even the tiniest insects whose lives were taken accidentally.
གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་ནི་ཆོས་བཞིན་ལེགས་བསྒྲུབ་པའི། །
tsuklakhang ni chö shyin lek drubpé
May this temple provide the conditions for effortlessly mastering
བསླབ་པའི་གནས་ཀུན་འབད་མེད་ལོབ་རྐྱེན་ཞིང་། །
labpé né kün bemé lob kyen shying
Every branch of learning, perfectly and in accordance with the Dharma,
བསྒྲུབ་པའི་ལས་ཀུན་ཐོགས་པ་མེད་པར་འགྲུབ། །
drubpé lé kün tokpa mepar drub
And may every project undertaken here be accomplished without hindrance,
མཆོག་ཐུན་དངོས་གྲུབ་དཔལ་ལོ་ད་གྱུར་ཅིག །
choktün ngödrub pal lo da gyur chik
So that all may enjoy the glory of the supreme and ordinary siddhis!
ཆོས་དང་ཟང་ཟིང་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྒྱ་ཆེ་ཞིང་། །
chö dang zangzing longchö gyaché shying
May Dharma resources and material necessities always be plentiful,
དལ་བའི་རྟེན་མཆོག་ལེགས་པར་འཚོ་ནུས་པའི། །
dalwé ten chok lekpar tso nüpé
Enabling all who live here to maintain the supreme support of leisure,
མཐའ་གཉིས་སྤངས་པའི་ཟས་གོས་གནས་མལ་ལ། །
ta nyi pangpé zegö né mal la
Find food, clothing and accommodation, while avoiding the two extremes,1
བརྟེན་ནས་ཐར་ལམ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སྒྲུབ་གྱུར་ཅིག །
ten né tarlam changchub drub gyur chik
And, by following the path of liberation, attain enlightenment!
འདུས་པའི་སྡེ་ཀུན་ཐོས་བསམ་བསྒོམ་གསུམ་གྱི། །
düpé dé kün tö sam gom sum gyi
May the noble conduct of all who gather here—the practices of study, contemplation and meditation—
མཛད་བཟང་ཡར་ངོའི་ཟླ་ལྟར་གོང་འཕེལ་ནས། །
dzé zang yar ngö da tar gongpel né
Forever flourish and increase just like the waxing moon,
རྒྱལ་བ་དགྱེས་པའི་ལམ་མཆོག་སྲིད་མཐར་ཡང་། །
gyalwa gyepé lam chok si tar yang
And may this supreme of paths delighting all the buddhas remain until the very end of time,
མི་ཉམས་བཤད་དང་སྒྲུབ་པས་འཛིན་གྱུར་ཅིག །
mi nyam shé dang drubpé dzin gyur chik
Without ever diminishing, maintained always through study and through practice.
བསྟན་ལ་དགའ་བའི་དཀར་ཕྱོགས་ལྷ་ཀུན་དང་། །
ten la gawé karchok lha kün dang
May all the positive forces and deities who delight in the teachings,
མཐུ་ཆེན་དམ་ཅན་དྲེགས་པའི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས། །
tuchen damchen drekpé tsok nam kyi
And all the powerful and haughty spirits who are bound by sacred oath,
རྟག་ཏུ་གཡེལ་མེད་མེལ་ཚེས་ལེགས་བསྲུང་ཞིང་། །
taktu yelmé meltsé lek sung shying
Guard and watch over this temple, without ever becoming inattentive,
ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པའི་དཔལ་ཀུན་སྡུད་གྱུར་ཅིག །
pünsum tsokpé pal kün dü gyur chik
And may they gather and attract all manner of glory in abundance.
བསྟན་ལ་སྡང་དང་བསྟན་འཛིན་ལ་འཁུ་དང་། །
ten la dang dang tendzin la khu dang
May their sharp and wrathful activity be brought to bear directly upon
དགེ་འདུན་འདུས་པའི་ཞལ་དུ་འདུ་བའི་སྒོ། །
gendün düpé shyal du duwé go
All who are hostile to the Dharma or seek to bring ruin upon its holders,
རྐུ་དང་འཕྲོག་པའི་མ་རུང་ལས་ཅན་ལ། །
ku dang trokpé ma rung lechen la
And who all who would steal or plunder the resources,
མངོན་སྤྱོད་དམོད་པའི་རྣོ་དབལ་འབར་གྱུར་ཅིག །
ngönchö möpé nowal bar gyur chik
Which have been donated to the saṅgha community.
མཐར་ཐུག་དཀར་ནག་ལས་ཀྱིས་འབྲེལ་ཚད་ཀུན། །
tartuk karnak lé kyi dreltsé kün
Ultimately, may anyone who makes a connection with this temple, whether by positive or negative actions,
ཡང་དག་ཐར་པའི་ལམ་གྱི་སྣོད་གྱུར་ནས། །
yangdak tarpé lam gyi nö gyur né
Become receptive to the pure approach that leads to liberation,
ཀུན་ཀྱང་ཐེག་གསུམ་ལམ་གྱི་ངེས་འབྱུང་ལ། །
kün kyang tek sum lam gyi ngejung la
And, by following the paths of the three yānas, find true freedom,
བརྟེན་ནས་འཁོར་བའི་རྒྱ་མཚོ་སྟོང་གྱུར་ཅིག །
ten né khorwé gyatso tong gyur chik
So that the vast ocean of saṃsāric existence is forever emptied!
འདི་ན་བཤད་སྒྲུབ་རྒྱལ་བསྟན་གནས་བཞིན་དུ། །
di na shedrub gyalten né shyindu
For as long as study and practice continue and the buddhist teachings remain here,
བསྟན་སྲུང་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་མེལ་ཚེ་གཡེལ་གྱུར་ན། །
tensung tsok kyi meltsé yel gyur na
Should the guardians of the Dharma ever neglect their duties or relax their guard,
རྒྱལ་བའི་བཀའ་དང་རྡོ་རྗེའི་དམ་འགལ་བའི། །
gyalwé ka dang dorjé dam galwé
Transgressing the commands of the victorious ones and their own vajra oaths,
བཀའ་ཆད་དྲེགས་སྡེའི་སྙིང་ལ་འབབ་པར་ངེས། །
kaché drek dé nying la babpar ngé
May the sternest punishment be sure to fall upon those who display such arrogance.
དེ་སླད་མ་གཟའ་རྡོར་སོགས་སྲུང་མའི་ཚོགས། །
dé lema za dor sok sungmé tsok
From this day on, may Ekajaṭī, Za Rāhula, Damchen Dorje Lekpa and the rest
ཇི་སྙེད་གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་འདིར་རྟག་བཞུགས་ནས། །
jinyé tsuklakhang dir tak shyuk né
Abide forever within this temple,
ལེགས་སྤེལ་ཉེས་སྐྱོབས་འགལ་བྱེད་ཆམས་ལ་ཕོབས། །
lek pel nyé kyob gal jé cham la pob
Increasing all that is positive, guarding against inauspiciousness, eliminating all obstructions,
ཕྲིན་ལས་རྣོ་དབལ་འཕྲལ་དུ་མངོན་སུམ་མཛོད། །
trinlé nowal tral du ngönsum dzö
And swiftly and directly bringing to bear the full force of their activity!
ཅེས་གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་ཆེན་བཞེངས་སྐབས་ཀྱི་ཞལ་འདེབས་ཇི་ལྟར་བྱུང་ཐོའི་མཇུག་སྨོན་ཚིག་ཉུང་ངུ་འདིའང་ཐེག་གསུམ་ཆོས་གྲྭས་བཟུང་བའི་དབེན་གནས། ཤྲཱི་སེང་ནས་དཔལ་སྤྲུལ་པས་བྲིས་པ་དགེ་ཞིང་བཀྲ་ཤིས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །དགེའོ།།
These few words of aspiration, to be recited at the end of the register detailing donations made towards the construction of a great temple, were written by Patrul in Shri Singha, the hermitage belonging to the monastic centre of the three yānas. May it be virtuous and auspicious!
