Tulku Trashi Palden who is the reincarnation of Terton Migyur Dorje of Tibet wrote the below supplication prayer to Guru Rinpoche on the 8th October 2019 corresponding to the 10th day of the 8th Lunar month (Guru Rinpoche’s Day). Tulku is 13 years old and has no formal education. He is a self-learnt master like his predecessor. He has written many scriptures and drawn several kikhors some of which I have seen.
I am truly blessed to get the copy of the sacred prayer from Trulku himself who has also done the english translation. I would like to share to all my friends for the benefits of all sentient beings.

ཨོ་རྒྱན་གྱི་མཁན་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་སློབ་དཔོན་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་ཀྱི་གསོལ་འདེབས་དད་པ་གསོ་བྱེད་པདྨ་འབར་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་བཞུགས་སོ།
Mandala of the awesome Devotion-Healing Lotus: A Supplication to Padmasambhava, Master of Ogyan.

ཡབ་མཆོག་པདྨ་རྒྱལ་པོར་འདུད།
I bow down to the great father Padmaraja (Padmasambhava)
ཨེ་མ་ཧོ། ཁྱབ་བདག་རིག་འཛིན་གཙོ་བོ་ལྷ་ཡི་ལྷ།
Ema-Ho! All pervading lord of Vidyadharas, God of gods.
སངས་རྒྱས་སྟོང་འདུས་བྱིན་རླབས་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད།
You have unlimited blessings because all the Buddhas are assembled in you.
མདོ་རྒྱུད་ཀུན་མཁས་དཔའ་བོ་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་རྒྱལ།
O, Master of Tantras and Sutras, King of Heroes.
པད་འབྱུང་རྒྱལ་བའི་དབང་པོར་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས།
I supplicate Padmasambhava, the Supreme Jina.
མི་འགྱུར་གནས་མཆོག་ཨོ་རྒྱན་རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཁབ།
In the unchanging Kingdom of Oddiyana
ཆོས་རྒྱལ་སྣོད་མཆོག་བརྒྱ་སྦྱིན་བྱང་སེམས་དཔལ།
(During the Reign of) the supreme vessel Dharmaraja Indrabhuti.
དྲི་མ་མེད་གླིང་དྷ་ན་ཀོ་ཤ་ཡི།
In the stainless lake of Dhanakosa
པདྨ་ལས་འཁྲུངས་རྗེ་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས།
I supplicate the one who was born from a lotus.
ཚེ་གཅིག་སངས་རྒྱས་རིག་པའི་ལྡེ་མིག་ལྡན།
You attained enlightenment in one life and held the key of wisdom.
རྟག་ཏུ་ཏིང་འཛིན་བསྒོམས་ཤིང་བསམ་གཏན་འབར།
You meditated without ceasing.
དྲང་སྲོང་བས་ཀྱང་བདེན་པའི་ཚིག་གཙང་མང་།
Your words are more true and clean than the great Rishi Sages.
ཁྱེའུ་དྲང་སྲོང་པདྨར་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས།
I supplicate Rishi Padma, the youth.
སིངྒའི་བུ་མོ་བཙུན་མོ་འོད་འཆང་མ།
You married the daughter of the King of Singala (Sri Lanka) who
ཡེ་ཤེས་མཁའ་འགྲོའི་ཚུལ་ཅན་ཁབ་ཏུ་བཞེས།
Held the nature of the Jnana Dakini.
དམ་ཆོས་གསང་སྔགས་ལམ་གྱིས་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ།
You attained the Siddhis by the way of the secret Mantrayana.
རྒྱལ་སྲས་པདྨ་རྒྱལ་པོར྾྾
I supplicate Prince Padmaraja
རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེ་མཆོག་ཞལ་གཟིགས་ནས།
After you beheld the face of supreme Vajrasattva.
ཐབས་ཀྱིས་འགྲོ་དོན་སྡང་མེད་སྒྲོལ་བ་མཁྱེན།
You knew the secret ways of the anger-less slaying of demons, and
ལས་ཀྱི་ལན་ཆགས་བུ་ལོན་བྱད་བ་མཛད།
Cleared your previous Karmic debts.
བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་ཆས་ཅན་པདྨར྾྾
I supplicate Padma, who holds the nature of yogic discipline.
བསིལ་བའི་ཚལ་སོགས་འཇིགས་རུང་དུར་ཁྲོད་དུ།
In haunted cemeteries like the Sitavana grove,
ལྟ་སྤྱོད་སྦྱོར་སྒྲོལ་དག་ལ་རང་དབང་བརྙེད།
You attained the power over View (ལྟ), Behaviour (སྤྱོད), Union (སྦྱོར) and Slaying (སྒྲོལ).
བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་དྲག་པོས་མཁའ་འགྲོ་དབང་དུ་བསྡུས།
Your wrathful yogic discipline attracted the Dakinis.
དཔའ་བོ་ཉི་མའི་འོད་ཟེར་ལ྾྾
I supplicate Hero Nyima Ozer, Rays of the Sun.
རིག་པའི་སྒྲོམ་ནང་ཤེས་རབ་མཁྱེན་པ་གཞུག
You inserted learning into the chest of awareness and
ཤེས་བྱ་ཆེ་ལྔ་ཆུང་ལྔ་མཁས་པར་སྦྱང་།
Became a master in the Ten objects of knowledge.
ཐོགས་པ་མེད་པའི་མངོན་ཤེས་མཁའ་ལྟར་ཁྱབ།
Your clairvoyance became large like the sky.
བློ་ལྡན་མཆོག་སྲེད་རྗེ་ལ྾྾
I supplicate Lodan Choksred, Craver For Supreme Intelligence.
ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་དང་ཤྲཱི་སེང་ཧཱུྃ་ཀ་ར།
Including Ananda (Buddha’s cousin), Sri Singha, Hungkara,
རིག་འཛིན་བརྒྱད་དང་མཁའ་འགྲོ་ཀུན་དགའ་སོགས།
The eight Vidyadharas, and Dakini Kungamo,
ཕྱི་ནང་བླ་མ་འབུམ་ལྷག་མང་པོ་བརྟེན།
You relied on buddhist and non-buddhist masters.
ཤཱཀྱ་སེངྒེ་དབང་པོར྾྾
I supplicate Sakya Singha, Lion of the Sakya Clan.
སྒྲུབ་པ་ཀུན་རྫོགས་མཆོག་ཐུན་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ།
You completed all of the Sadhanas, and attained the Great and lesser Siddhis.
སྣ་ཚོགས་ཐབས་ཀྱིས་འགྲོ་བ་མ་ལུས་འདུལ།
You trained beings by using Skilful means.
རྩ་རླུང་དབང་བརྙེད་སྦྲུལ་སྟག་དབང་དུ་བསྡུས།
You attracted snakes and tigers by your mastery over the Nadi-Vayu Yoga techniques.
པདྨ་དོམྦྷི་པ་ལ྾྾
I supplicate Padma Dombhipa.
རྡོ་རྗེ་གདན་དུ་མུ་སྟེགས་རྒོལ་བ་འཇོམས།
You defeated the attack of non Buddhists in Vajrasana, India.
རྒྱ་ནག་ཡུལ་དུ་རྩིས་ཀྱི་བསྟན་པ་དར།
You made the tradition of astrology increase in China, and
ཤན་པའི་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་དྲག་སྔགས་ཟབ་མོས་བསྒྲལ།
Destroyed the city of butchers by means of Wrathful Mantras.
སེངྒེའི་སྒྲ་སྒྲོགས་རྩལ་ལ྾྾
I supplicate Senge Dradrok, who Roared with the Lion’s sound.
རྣལ་འབྱོར་ཚུལ་འཆང་ཟ་ཧོར་ཡུལ་དུ་བྱོན།
When you, holding the nature of a Yogin, came to the Zahor Kingdom of India.
འགུག་པའི་ཕོ་ཉས་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཁའ་འགྲོ་བསྡུས།
You attracted the Jnana Dakini Mandarava.
རྡོ་རྗེ་སྐུ་ལ་མེ་ཡིས་ཀྱང་མ་ཚིག།
Even fires couldn't burn your Vajra Body.
མཚོ་སྐྱེས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྡེ་ལ྾྾
I supplicate Tshokey Dorji, Lake-Born Vajra.
བལ་ཡུལ་མཱ་ར་ཏི་ཀ་ལ་སོགས་ཏུ།
In places like the Nepalese Maratika,
སྒྲུབ་པ་མང་མཛད་འཆི་མེད་དངོས་གྲུབ་བརྙེས།
You practiced many sadhanas, and attained Immortality.
འཇའ་ལུས་མི་འགྱུར་གཞོན་ནུ་བུམ་པའི་སྐུ།
O, one with the young changeless rainbow vase body.
འཆི་མེད་པདྨ་འབྱུང་ལ྾྾
I supplicate Immortal Padmasambhava.
སྡིག་ཅན་ཨ་ཤྭ་རྒྱལ་པོའི་སེམས་ཡང་བསྒྱུར།
You changed the mind of the sinful King Ashoka,
ཆེ་བའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ལྡན་པས་མེས་མ་གནོད།
The fires couldn't burn you because you had high knowledge.
མར་གྱི་མཚོ་ནང་པདྨ་དངོས་སུ་ཤར།
A lotus blossomed from the pot of melter butter.
པདྨ་ཨིནྡྲ་སེ་ཎར྾྾
I supplicate Padma Indrasena, Group of Indra.
མུ་སྟེགས་ཟངས་གླིང་ནགས་འཚལ་ཐོག་ཆེན་འཕངས།
You hurled great thunderbolts into the forests of non Buddhist Zangling, and
གསེར་གླིང་རྒྱལ་པོའི་བུ་དང་ཆུང་མ་བསྒྱུར།
Converted the minds of the prince and princess of Sumatra.
འགྲོ་ལ་ཕན་ཕྱིར་རྒྱ་གཏེར་མང་དུ་སྦས།
You hid treasures in India to help future beings.
ཆེ་མཆོག་ཧེ་རུ་རྩལ་ལ྾྾
I supplicate Chemchok Heruka Tsal, One Possessing the Skill of Maha Herukas.
ཨོ་རྒྱན་ཉེ་བའི་གླིང་དུ་བྱོན་པའི་ཚེ།
When you came to the smaller Oddiyana.
ཆང་ཚོང་ཁང་བཟང་དག་ཏུ་བྱོན་པ་དང་།
You came to the wine shop, and
ཉི་མ་རྟོད་གནོན་ལོག་འདྲེན་ཟིལ་གྱིས་གནོན།
By keeping the sun in the skies, tamed heretics.
པདྨ་བི་རུ་པ་ལ྾྾
I supplicate Padma Virupa.
ཨོ་རྒྱན་ལྕང་ལོ་ཅན་གྱི་ཡུལ་བྱོན་དུས།
When you came to Oddiyana, your homeland,
མ་རིག་མུན་པའི་ཕྲག་དོག་མིག་སེར་ལས།
Because of the jealousy of your former wife,
མེ་ཆེན་གསོན་བསྲེག་བྱེད་ཀྱང་མ་ཐུབ་པ།
You were thrown into the fire, but even fire couldn't harm you.
མེ་དབང་པདྨ་རྒྱལ་ལ྾྾
I supplicate Padmaraja, King of Fire.
བལ་ཡུལ་ཨ་སུ་ར་རུ་ལྷ་མིན་བཏུལ།
You subdued Asuras in Asura cave in Nepal.
ཡང་ལེ་ཤོད་དུ་ཕུར་སྲུང་བཅུ་དྲུག་བཏུལ།
You tamed the sixteen Phurpa protectors in Yanglesho, Nepal.
ཡང་ཕུར་སྦྲགས་སྒྲུབ་བདེ་ཆེན་མངའ་དབང་བསྒྱུར།
By practicing the Sadhana of Yangdag and Phurpa, you attained mastery over Great Bliss.
པདྨ་སྃ་བྷ་དབང་ལ྾྾
I supplicate Padmasambhava.
ལས་ཀྱི་སྨོན་ལམ་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་ཁྲི་སྲོང་རྗེས།
Because of karmic link, King Trisong Deutsan
བོད་དུ་སྤྱན་དྲངས་རྒྱ་མོན་མཚམས་སུ་བྱོན།
Invited you, and you came to the border of India and Mön (Bhutan).
སྲུང་སྐུད་བྱིན་རླབས་གནང་ནས་སྔོན་ལ་བཏང་།
You gave blessings and amulets to the messengers and sent the messengers forward.
བདུད་འཇོམས་པདྨའི་མཆོག་ལ྾྾
I supplicate Padma, Destroyer of Demons.
ཀླ་ཀློ་མོན་ཡུལ་རྒྱ་གར་ནས་བྱོན་རྒྱལ།
To treat the Mönpa (Bhutanese) King Sindhuraja hailing from India,
སིནྡྷུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་གསོ་ཕྱིར་འབུམ་ཐང་བྱོན།
You came to Bumthang.
ཤེལ་གིང་བཏུལ་ནས་བྲག་ལ་སྐུ་རྗེས་བཞག
You performed the feat of Leaving your body print on rock after defeating the Crystal Ging.
ཁྲོ་རྒྱལ་པདྨ་ཀྲོ་དྷར྾྾
I supplicate Padmakrodha, King of Wrath.
ཁྲི་སྲོང་བང་ཆེན་ལྷན་དུ་བོད་ཡུལ་བྱོན།
You came to outer Tibet with the messengers of the King.
བརྟན་མ་དམ་ཅན་ཇག་པའི་སྡེ་རྣམས་བཏུལ།
After defeating and Taming the hordes of sprits and hooligans,
བྲག་ཕུག་ལ་ཞུགས་བང་ཆེན་སྔོན་དུ་བཏང་།
You stayed and sent the messengers forward.
ཤེར་འོད་པདྨ་འབྱུང་ལ྾྾
I supplicate Padmasambhava, with the rays of wisdom.
སླར་ཡང་བང་ཆེན་ལྔ་དང་ལྷན་དུ་བྱོན།
Again, with five messengers, you entered inner Tibet.
ལྷ་འདྲེ་དམག་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་བཏུལ་བའི་ཕྱིར།
In order to defeat and tame the sprit warriors.
མེ་རླུང་ཆོས་འབྱུང་འཁོར་ལོ་ས་ལ་འཕངས།
You hurled the Dharmakara Wheel of Fire and Wind to the ground.
པདྨ་དྲག་པོའི་སྐུ་ལ྾྾
I supplicate Padakrodha.
ཁྲི་སྲོང་བོད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་དང་མཇལ་འཕྲད་མཛད།
You met the King of Tibet, and
ཕྱག་ལ་མ་འཆམ་དུས་སུ་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་གྱིས།
When you and King did not agree on prostration,
རྒྱལ་པོའི་ན་བཟའ་བསྐལ་པའི་མེ་ཡིས་བསྲེག
You showed you powers and burned the clothes of the King.
ང་རྒྱལ་འཇོམས་མཛད་པདྨར྾྾
I supplicate Padma, Destroyer of Pride.
ཧས་པོ་རིའི་རྩེར་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་ནུས་པ་སྟོན།
You again showed your powers on the summit of Mt. Hepori.
ལྷ་འདྲེ་བྲན་ཁོལ་བསམ་ཡས་ལྷ་ཁང་བརྩིགས།
Binding Gods and Devils to service, the Samye Monastic Complex was built.
དཀོར་བདག་རྒྱལ་པོ་དཔེ་ཧར་སྤྱན་ཡང་དྲངས།
Devil King Pehar was made the guardian.
བདེ་གཤེགས་པདྨ་འབྱུང་ལ྾྾
I supplicate Sugata Padmasambhava.
ལོ་ཙ་འདུས་ནས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐོར་རྣམས་བསྒྱུར།
The Lostawas were collected and the Dharma translated.
རྒྱ་བོད་ལོ་པཎ་ལོ་གསུམ་དཔེ་ཆ་བསྒྱུར།
The Tibetan Lostawas and the Indian Panditas collaborated and translated texts.
དམ་ཆོས་རིན་ཆེན་འདྲ་བ་བོད་དུ་དར།
The Buddha Dharma increased greatly in Tibet.
སློབ་དཔོན་པདྨ་འབྱུང་ལ྾྾
I supplicate Master Padmasambhava.
དབྱངས་ཅན་མཚོ་རྒྱལ་སོགས་ལ་གསང་སྔགས་གནང་།
To Yangchan Tshogyal and the others, you gave secret teachings.
ལས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་གདམས་ངག་ཟབ་མོ་གནང་།
You gave instructions to those with Karmic Link.
སྐལ་ལྡན་རྣམས་ལ་དབང་དང་དངོས་གྲུབ་གནང་།
The fortunate beings received empowerments and Siddhis from you.
དུག་སྤང་པདྨ་འབྱུང་ལ྾྾
I supplicate Padmasambhava, who left the poisons.
བར་ཆད་སེལ་ཕྱིར་ཡུམ་སྦྱོར་སྟག་ལ་ཆིབས།
To remove hindrances, you conjoined with your consort and, riding a Tiger,
འོམ་བུ་ལ་སོགས་སྟག་ཚང་རྣམ་གསུམ་ལ།
Came to the three Tiger Nests such as Ombu.
བྱོན་ནས་གདོན་བགེགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐབས་ཀྱིས་འདུལ།
You tamed the demons with skillful means.
རྡོ་རྗེ་གྲོ་བོ་ལོད་ལ྾྾
I supplicate Dorji Drolo, King of Crazy Wisdom.
རྒྱ་བོད་མོན་སོགས་ཡུལ་གླིང་གཏེར་སྣ་སྦས།
You hid treasures in many countries.
དགོངས་པ་གནམ་མཁའ་ས་འོག་ཆུ་དང་བྲག
In minds of beings, the Sky, Underground, Underwater, in cliffs,
ལྷ་ཁང་སོགས་ནང་གཏེར་རིགས་བྱེ་བ་གཞུག
In Temples and the like, you hid jewel like Dharma Treasures.
སྐྱབས་མགོན་པདྨ་འབྱུང་ལ྾྾
I supplicate Kyabgon Padmasambhava, Supreme Lord.
ངན་པ་མུ་སྟེགས་ཕྱི་བོན་བསྟན་པ་བསྣུབས།
You abolished the bad non Buddhist teachings of the outer Bon.
དམ་ཆོས་དར་ཞིང་གསང་སྔགས་ཀུན་ལ་ཁྱབ།
The Dharma flourished, and the Secret Mantrayana was known by everyone.
མཚོ་རྒྱལ་སོགས་ལ་གདམས་ངག་མན་ངག་གནང་།
You gave instructions and your final testament to your disciples.
ཕྱོགས་དང་རིས་མེད་པ་ལ྾྾
I supplicate you who have no partiality.
ཐ་མ་དུས་འབབ་ལྷོ་ནུབ་རྔ་ཡབ་གླིང་།
Finally, the time came, and you left for the Ngayab Island of the southwest.
སྲིན་པོ་མི་ཤ་ཟ་བའི་ཡུལ་དུ་བྱོན།
You reached the land of savage demonic cannibals.
རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཚུལ་འཛིན་ཟངས་མདོག་དཔལ་རིར་ཞུགས།
Holding the nature of a King, you stayed in the Zangdok Palri Copper Mountain Palace.
རཀྵ་ཐོད་ཕྲེང་རྩལ་ལ྾྾
I supplicate Raksha Thotreng Tsal, One Possessing the Skill of a Raksha with Skull Garlands.
འཁོར་བ་དོང་ནས་སྤྲུགས་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས།
Bless me that I may churn the sea of Samsara.
ཚེ་གཅིག་སངས་རྒྱས་འགྲུབ་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས།
Bless me that I may attain enlightenment in one life.
མི་སྣང་འཇའ་ལུས་ཐོབ་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས།
Bless me that I may attain the invisible rainbow body.
རླུང་སེམས་རང་དབང་བརྙེད་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས།
Bless me that I may gain mastery over my Mind and Winds.
ཆོས་སྐུའི་ཞལ་དངོས་མཐོང་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས།
Bless me that I may behold the actual face of the Dharmakaya.
ཞེས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་སྨྱོན་པ་སྤྲང་པོ་མངྒ་ཤྲཱིའམ། ཡོངས་གྲགས་ཀྱི་མིང་སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་བཀྲ་ཤིས་དཔལ་ལྡན་གྱིས་བཅུ་གཉིས་པ་སྒྱུར་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ལོར་ཟླ་བ་བརྒྱད་པའི་ཚེས་༡༠་ལ་འབྲུག་མོན་ཐིམ་ཕུག་ལྕང་འབང་གྲུར་སྡོད་དུས་བྲིས་པ་བཀྲ་ཤིས་སོ།དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།
Thus I, The Mad Yogin Beggar Manga Shri, also known as Trulku Trashi Palden composed this short prayer on the 10th day of the eighth month of the Vikarin (Earth Female Pig Year) year when I was staying in Changbangdru, Thimphu, Bhutan.
