The great sacred places of the Noble Land (India),
เฝྱ་เฝขྒོเฝ་เฝུเฝ་เฝོเฝ ི་เฝขི་เฝོ། །
The Vulture Peak Mountain,
เฝเฝฆིเฝฃ་เฝ་เฝเฝฃ་เฝྱི་เฝུเฝข་เฝྲོเฝ། །
The Cool Grove charnel ground,
เฝ་เฝฃเฝྡ་เฝกི་เฝོเฝฆ་เฝ เฝོเฝข། །
And the turning of the Dharma Wheel at Nฤlandฤ —
เฝฃ་เฝฆོเฝเฝฆ་เฝกུเฝฃ་เฝྱི་เฝฆྙིเฝ་เฝเฝ
ུเฝ། །
These are the very essence of that sacred land.
เฝขྒྱเฝฃ་เฝོเฝ ི་เฝเฝ་เฝྱི་เฝྲོเฝ་เฝྱེเฝข། །
In the royal capital of the king’s realm,
เฝོเฝฆ་เฝขྒྱเฝฃ་เฝเฝུเฝเฝฆ་เฝ
เฝ་เฝฆྙིเฝ་เฝོเฝ ི། །
Where the influence of the Dharma King, Bimbisara,
เฝเฝเฝ ་เฝเฝ་เฝเฝข་เฝིเฝ་เฝขྒྱเฝฆ་เฝฆ། །
Spread widely and flourished,
เฝเฝเฝ་เฝེเฝ་เฝུเฝ་เฝเฝ ི་เฝเฝเฝ་เฝོ། །
There is the peerless Lord of the Sages (the Buddha),
เฝเฝྲ་เฝเฝ
ོเฝ་เฝ เฝུเฝ་เฝྱི་เฝเฝུเฝเฝฆ་เฝเฝเฝฆ། །
The dwelling place of a hundred thousand Arhats,
เฝ་เฝฃเฝ་เฝ་เฝเฝ ི་เฝྱ་เฝོเฝเฝฆ། །
And the gathering of birds at Kalandaka,
เฝ เฝིเฝเฝฆ་เฝེเฝ་เฝเฝེ་เฝเฝข་เฝ เฝྱเฝเฝฆ་เฝฆ།
Roaming fearlessly and in bliss.
เฝ ོเฝ་เฝเฝ ི་เฝเฝฃ་เฝེเฝฆ་เฝྲเฝเฝฆ་เฝเฝ ི།
At the place renowned as the “Odey Ma Grove,”
เฝུเฝ་เฝเฝเฝ ་เฝข་เฝเฝ ི་เฝคུเฝฃ་เฝུ།
Amidst the ancient ruins of Jetavana Garden,
เฝขྒྱ་เฝ เฝྲུเฝ་เฝเฝུเฝ་เฝ เฝྲེเฝฃ་เฝเฝ་เฝเฝ།
Stands a profound symbol of the close ties between India and Bhutan.
เฝི་เฝฃོ་เฝฃྔ་เฝเฝ
ུ་เฝ เฝོเฝข་เฝเฝ ི།
On the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary,
เฝུเฝฆ་เฝเฝเฝ་เฝขྗེเฝฆ་เฝྲเฝ་เฝขྟེเฝ་เฝเฝོเฝ
This supreme memorial of an auspicious event,
เฝฆྨเฝ་เฝฃྗོเฝเฝฆ་เฝเฝเฝฃ་เฝฃྡเฝ་เฝ เฝྲུเฝ་เฝเฝོเฝ།
The Glorious Druk Monastery of Menjong (Bhutan),
เฝ ོเฝ་เฝིเฝ་เฝเฝིเฝฆ་เฝเฝ ི་เฝเฝ་เฝเฝเฝ༌།
With its excellent second temple dedicated to Avalokiteลvara,
เฝเฝฆเฝข་เฝเฝེเฝเฝฆ་เฝྲུเฝ་เฝเฝ ི་เฝขเฝ་เฝเฝเฝฆ།
Has been newly built and consecrated.

For this virtuous celebration of auspicious interdependence,
เฝྱོเฝ་เฝเฝ ི་เฝฆྐུ་เฝเฝྲོเฝ་เฝกོเฝเฝฆ་เฝฃ།
To all the guests who have come,
เฝเฝเฝ ་เฝฆྐྱིเฝ་เฝུเฝ་เฝฆུเฝ་เฝོเฝเฝฆ་เฝเฝ ི།
We offer prayers for abundant joy and happiness,
เฝเฝྲ་เฝคིเฝฆ་เฝฆྨོเฝ་เฝฃเฝ་เฝกོเฝ་เฝོ།
Prayers of auspiciousness are made.
เฝེเฝฆ་เฝเฝ เฝ་เฝเฝเฝ་เฝིเฝ་เฝ เฝིเฝเฝฆ་เฝྲเฝเฝฆ་เฝเฝฆ་เฝฆོ།།།།
